This report examines the mechanics of how businesses develop and evaluate their LGBTQ+ inclusive practices. Findings show that businesses seek trusted expert knowledge as they develop their LGBTQ+ inclusive practices. Advances in data collection and programmatic monitoring and evaluating also contribute to the success of such activities. And, workplace changes that have evolved as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and George Floyd’s death coalesced to help businesses better support LGBTQ+ employees’ needs. Taken together, these efforts enhance the effectiveness of businesses’ LGBTQ+ workplace initiatives.

The relationship between procurers and Black-owned businesses that conduct business-to-business (B2B) commerce is enjoying growing economic influence. To better understand the dynamics of the procurer and B2B Black-owned business rapport, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation collaborated with the North Carolina State University (NCSU) Poole College of Management on research to gauge the experiences and attitudes of procurers and B2B Black-owned businesses.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation partnered with the business communities in Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas, and their early education partners, to understand just how much breakdowns in childcare cost each state. In this study we looked at the causes of childcare challenges as well as motivations behind why parents select various childcare providers. Knowing many employers want to facilitate more access to childcare but do not know where to begin, we sought to learn what types of childcare benefits working parents desire most from employers.
Capital Equipment Coalition Insights Report-Aug2021
The U.S. Chamber Foundation's Capital Equipment Coalition (CEC) North America aims to create a collaborative forum that works to reduce the environmental footprint of the capital equipment sector. The coalition hosts quarterly workshops to discuss actions that members of the industry can take to achieve progress. In this report, we explore how digital technologies are critical enablers to move from a linear to a circular economy.
